Full payment is required at the time of booking for all Spa Days and Treatments.

For Spa Days and Treatments we have a 7 day cancellation policy to receive a full refund. Any Cancellations after 7 days are Non-Refundable.

For Group bookings of more than 5 guests full payment is required on booking. If you did wish to cancel please be aware our cancelation policy for groups of 5 or more is 30 days for a full refund. Cancelations after 30 days are Non-Refundable.
